Shipping & Returns
All sales are final.
In the event of an allergic reaction we must be contacted with a photo of the adverse reaction within 14 days of the product being received. E-mail us at info@LuminositySkincare.com. Confirmation of package delivery date is verified through USPS tracking. After your e-mail is reviewed by management, the product can be returned for a refund, minus all shipping costs. We will issue the refund only on the product that created the reaction and not all products purchased. Returned product must be received by Luminosity Acne Skincare within 30 days of original package received by customer.
Once Refund/Return is accepted by management, carefully package your product and include:
-Receipt (original or copy) - required
-Preferred email address
We will notify you once we've received your returned products and will process your return payment at that time, minus all shipping costs.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges or if wrong item was ordered.
To be eligible for an exchange, item must be UNOPENED and shipped back to us within 7 days of customer receiving wrong item. Confirmation of package delivery date is verified through USPS tracking.
Opened items and those past 7 days will not be eligible for an exchange.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once a package leaves our facility, it is no longer in Luminosity’s care. We cannot issue any refunds or credits for lost or damaged orders.
International Customs Fees
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs inspection and/or customs fees and duties. Luminosity Acne Skincare is not responsible for these actions or reimbursement of any customs fees or taxes. The international recipient is responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges. Refused packages will not be refunded.
