First Office Visit Appointment

Before you proceed to book your First Office Visit appointment please make sure that you’ve completed the following steps:

Step 1: Fill out and submit a Consultation Video Request Form. We will email you back once it’s reviewed by our office. Click here to fill it out (it only takes 1 minute!)

Step 2: Watch the Consultation Video. A link to the video will be e-mailed to you once we’ve reviewed the Consultation Video Request Form you submitted in step 1.

Please do not click below to book any appointment until you’ve completed both steps above. Unfortunately all appointments booked without following this procedure will be cancelled. It’s important for all new clients to first watch the Consultation Video because it contains all the information you need regarding how the acne program works and if you are the right fit for it.
